ReTURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy for items purchased at our store. Due to the seasonal variation in our inventory, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the purchase date. For a smooth return or exchange process, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging, unused, and in the same condition as purchased, with all original tags attached. Please note that footwear returns must include the original box. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that have been worn or washed.
Receipt Requirement
An original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges to verify proof of purchase. However, we understand that receipts can sometimes be misplaced. If you do not have your receipt but the product is clearly identifiable as an item from our inventory, we may offer a store credit. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and satisfaction.

Exceptions to Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Perishable Goods
- Electronics (e.g., phone chargers)
- Bedding
- Books
- Gas, Propane, or other Flammable Liquids/Products
- Clothing and/or Footwear that has been worn or washed
- Gift Cards
- Clearance sale items are final sale; no returns or exchanges allowed.

Mailing Back An Item
Before mailing an item back for a return or exchange, contact us to confirm the item is eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you’re exchanging an item and we need to ship a replacement, you will also cover the shipping costs back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
